Sturgis Buffalo Chip Day 1
The Paperboy is in Sturgis, SD for a two-day event at the legendary "Buffalo Chip" campgrounds. Day 1 results are as follows:
1st Bad Company/Harry Dee (2.229)
2nd Down and Dirty/Steve Hougham
3rd PAPERBOY EXPRESS/Scott Snarski
4th Full Throttle/Jim Lamb
5th MudBog Father/Eric Barron
We'll try to get all the times posted soon. The track was dry, and the first pass times were much faster, as the track was a little beat up for the second round. The Paperboy broke a front axle, but Scott expects to have it fixed tonight and ready to go again tomorrow. Good luck to all the racers!

Do they have phone signal there? I've been trying to call but can never get through.
So how is the show?.. Am I missing anything? Are there more than five cars in open?

Jamie, the cell service there is not too good. I talked to Scott yesterday, but the call kept getting dropped. I believe there are just the 5 cars in the Extreme Open Class. Sounds like the show is going very well.

Scott thanks for making the trip to the "chip" hopefully word of mouth will get out and we can get the rest of the open class to make the trip next year that backed out this year- we are guaranteed a race there for 3 years, thanks again to you and your professional race team for showing up and racing for the sturgis crowd. oh yeah and thanks to your wife for her countless hours and time to make this site so enjoyable. i know i appreciate the updates and jeffs video work. thanks again.- dusty
